Gibbs gets the team involved in Fornell’s case on NCIS Season 18, Episode 5

NCIS Season 18, Episode 5 aired straight off the back of Episode 4. After finding out that Fornell’s place had been ransacked, it was all hands on deck to figure out what had happened.

Well, sort of. It actually took Fornell shooting at Gibbs to get the team involved. Would this wrap up the case that started back in NCIS Season 17?

Here’s a look at the WTF moments from NCIS Season 18, Episode 5.

Fornell is alive after all

With the case being passed higher than NCIS, Gibbs is on limited time. He needs to figure out what’s going on at the hanger that Gibbs found the picture of.

Fornell is there. For the last two weeks he’s been working with Merryweather. At least, close enough to infiltrate the drug kingpin’s organization. It leads to an interesting moment of Fornell and Gibbs shooting at each other, but there’s something Fornell needs Gibbs to get.

Fornell has an image of Merryweather and the latest drugs Merryweather is selling. The team has 72 hours to figure it all out.
