Clickbait is now available to stream on Netflix. After binge-watching all episodes, you’ll want to know about Clickbait Season 2. Here’s what we know so far.
As of right now, there is some bad news. There isn’t any confirmation of Clickbait Season 2. To be honest, Netflix isn’t likely to renew the series.
It’s not that the series is performing poorly or that Netflix doesn’t have faith in it. The truth is the show was billed as a limited series. That’s why the ending is pretty closed up.
There is always a chance the show will be renewed though. There are plenty of limited series that do end up being renewed, although that’s not been the case for Netflix’s limited series. With hope in mind, here’s what we do know about Clickbait Season 2 so far.
Clickbait Season 2 release date
Without a renewal, there isn’t a release date. However, we can take a look at other Netflix shows to get an idea of the release date. Most Netflix shows take between 14 and 18 months for new seasons to arrive, and that’s with a renewal after the release. With that in mind, we’re looking at October 2022 as the earliest for the second season to arrive.
Clickbait Season 2 cast
It’s hard to say who could be in the cast. The story wrapped up pretty well, even if it wasn’t quite what we expected.
The show could always go the anthology route. That would likely be the best way to deal with this storyline.
Clickbait Season 2 trailer
There isn’t a trailer just yet. If the show is renewed, we’d be looking at a trailer about a month before the release of the season. With that in mind, we’re looking at September 2022 at the earliest. We’ll be sure to bring the trailer as soon as it arrives.
Clickbait Season 2 synopsis
The story of Nick Brewer wrapped. The second season could focus on someone else. This would make more sense. Anthology shows work well since we know there’s a conclusion. It also prevents things getting a little too soap opera like for the same family.
