Throughout the FBI Season 2 winter premiere, the team had to deal with a case that involved the murder of a businessman who had a history of harassment accusations. That naturally led to the belief that the murder was done by one of his accusers. But while the team dealt with the case, there was the fear about Kristen’s life in the background.

Her carotid artery was badly damaged in the attack at the end of the winter finale. Many had guessed that from the angle of the stab wound and the amount of blood at the scene. But she was alive and there was a chance of fixing the damage. Would she pull through?

We found out at the end of the episode she did survive. The surgery went well, and she was allowed visitors by the end. In fact, it even looked like she wasn’t even on the intensive care unit based on the layout of the room. This is great news.

Now the recovery begins, and not just physical recovering. Kristen admitted to Maggie that the experience terrified her. This job scares her.

She’s not the only one, either. Maggie admits that she was scared the entire time. They had such a sweet moment together, and I genuinely hope that they have more of this. The agency isn’t made up of many women, so they need to stick together and learn from each other. There’s a lot that Kristen can learn from Maggie on the job, but there’s also a lot that Maggie will be able to learn from Kristen.
