Hannah Khoury has a big storyline in the NCIS: New Orleans Season 6 finale. Here’s a look at the episode synopsis to get an idea of what to expect.

While the NCIS: New Orleans Season 6 finale isn’t going to be the episode the writers wanted, it is still going to be a big episode. Here’s what to expect in the finale based on the synopsis.

Titled “Predators,” it’s clear that this episode will probably leave some loose ends. There were at least two more episodes left to film. With season lengths usually being around the 24-episode mark, we may even end up missing four episodes to the season. And this suggests that we’re going to be left on somewhat of an unplanned cliffhanger.

It’s a big storyline for Hannah Khoury. Fans will remember that when she joined the series to lead the team in Pride’s absence, she was demoted. This was a way to keep the actress in when Pride returned, but we knew that eventually, the reason for her demotion would have to come up. She’s certainly taken the demotion like a champ, but she’s not just accepting that’s the way it has to be.

Khoury doesn’t trust that the demotion was because of her work. She knows that many other women have had their careers put on hold because of Deputy Director Van Cleef. At the end of the previous episode, she wanted her old friend Winchester to look into it. This episode will see her take the fight to Cleef. And the entire team is going to be behind her.

This doesn’t feel like a storyline that can be wrapped up in just one episode. I get the sense we’ll be left with a few careers on the line and we were supposed to get a wrap up in the episodes following. We’ll have to wait for NCIS: New Orleans Season 7, assuming that it happens.

Meanwhile, the team will have a case of their own to solve. A “myth buster” turns up dead, and it could be at the hands of a legendary creature in the bayou. Well, it might be at the hands of someone else who wanted him dead, instead!
