Where is Geri going after that major reveal on Walker?

The investigation into Emily Walker’s murder is officially open again, and it looks like her former best friend had something to do with it.
After a two-week break, it initially felt like this episode could be just one of those small episodes with the main focus on Hoyt trying to get a few answers. Instead, he got the answers he needed much faster than anyone expected thanks to his ability to pay attention to what isn’t being said.
He wasn’t the only one who did that. Captain James looked into the niece of the inmate Hoyt mentioned. That led to a revelation that a small art gallery had sold a huge painting and there were other regular payments. They all came from an LLC with a connection to someone we already know.
It’s all about Geri, who was more than happy to sell the bar and get out of dodge. The last we see of her on Walker Season 1, Episode 6 is her driving to…well, where?
How exactly is Geri involved in Emily’s murder on Walker?
We want to know where she’s going. Is it possible that she’s driving south to get to the niece with the art gallery? Were they in it together? If so, why?
Emily was a good woman, a woman on a mission to help people. Why did Geri need to kill Emily? She has to be involved in the murder somehow because she’s the one that’s paying the money. Well, her company is the one that’s been paying the money.
She clearly knows something about Emily’s murder. She had something to do with it, and she got out of the way clearly knowing that someone was about to catch her. It’s like she knew that her secret was going to come out.
What will Liam and Capt. James do next?
From the beginning of the series, Liam and James have told Walker to stop looking into Emily’s death. They made it clear that the guy who did it was in prison, and Walker eventually accepted that. He was ready to move forward.
Now the two have to admit that they were wrong and Walker was right. And our titular character has already admitted that he’s angry about everything going on right now. He’s going to be angry toward the two people who stopped him searching for Emily’s real murderer when he finds out. And then he’s going to be angry at himself for trusting Geri after all this time.
When will he find out? Hopefully, it won’t take too long.
