The first-every NCIS three-way crossover is happening on Monday. Here’s a look at what to expect in the three episodes throughout the night.

It’s almost time for the NCIS three-way crossover event. The night kicks off at 8 p.m. ET/PT with the winter premiere of NCIS Season 20. We then get the winter premiere of NCIS: Hawaii Season 2, before ending with the second episode of 2023 for NCIS: Los Angeles.

There isn’t much in the way of a promo. We just get the reminder that there’s a huge crossover event happening. Leave as much as possible as a surprise, right?

NCIS three-way crossover synopsis

The crossover events starts in Washington D.C. when the three teams have people attending the retirement party of one of FLETC’s professors. However, he turns up dead from an apparent suicide, and now the three teams need to get to the bottom of it. They refuse to believe that he took his own life.

This is an NCIS episode with the full main cast. Vanessa Lachey and Noah Mills will guest star from the Hawaii crew and Chris O’Donnell and LL Cool J are around from the Los Angeles team.

In the second hour, Jane Tennant, Jimmy Palmer, and Sam Hanna are captured. A woman who claims to be with the CIA is demanding intel from the team. Meanwhile, an asset arrives in Hawaii who could be connected to several assassinations overseas.

This is a Hawaii episode. LL Cool J and Chris O’Donnell stick around from the Los Angeles team while Gary Cole and Brian Dietzen are around from the Washington D.C. team.

In the final hour, we find out that Kilbride is MIA. Rountree and Fatima go on a search for him when they learn that every team member has a $200k bounty on their heads. Every cartel, hitman, and psychopath is hunting the whole team down.

Gary Cole and Wilmer Valderrama are around from NCIS and Vanessa Lachey and Yasmine Al-Bustami will represent the Hawaii team.
