Is True Lies streaming on Paramount+? (Where to watch)
True Lies has been a notable spring series for CBS, but how can fans catch up on episodes of this romantic spy thriller?
The show expands on the 1994 James Cameron hit that starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis. Harry Tasker (Steve Howey) is a seemingly mild-mannered computer salesman happily married for 17 years to Helen (Ginger Gonzaga), a college language professor. They have the perfect suburban life raising daughter Daphne and son Jake.
What Helen doesn’t know is that for decades, Harry has been the top agent for Omega Sector, a top-secret spy organization. He treats Helen to a Paris vacation as a cover for his newest job. The pair are attacked and taken prisoner, forcing Harry to confess his true job to Helen.
While naturally upset about her husband lying to her all these years, Helen helps Harry out of this jam. She’s then recruited into Omega Sector herself, with the pair balancing weekends saving the world with their mundane family lives.
So far, the show has aired four episodes on Wednesdays, with the question of a second season hanging in the air. But how can viewers catch up on this new series?
Where does True Lies air?
Like all CBS shows, True Lies has new episodes streaming the day after they air on Paramount+. It can also be available on the regular CBS website. Fans can also buy episodes on Amazon Video, iTunes, YouTube, and more.
It’s likely the show will appear on DVD once its first season is completed, but there is no date for the season finale, let alone a DVD release. There is also no word yet on whether the show can get a second season, but viewers should watch on Paramount+to enjoy this fun spy show while it lasts.
