We are still waiting to see how things go for the Drew Crew in the final season. When will Nancy Drew Season 4 premiere on The CW?
By this time of year, we’re usually close to the end of a season of Nancy Drew. In fact, in the past, we’ve even had the season finale by this point. That’s not the case this TV year. The CW opted not to put the show on in the fall schedule.
It’s not even part of the winter lineup like we had hoped. Instead, we have to wait for the spring, and it’s not early spring. We still don’t get to watch the Nancy Drew Season 4 premiere this month. Just how much longer is left to go?
When will the Nancy Drew Season 4 premiere air on The CW?
The CW has already answered this question for us. We’ll get the premiere on Wednesday, May 31. The episodes will air at 8 p.m. ET/PT, taking over The Flash as it wraps its series.
A lot of CW shows are coming to an end this year. Nancy Drew is one of them. The series finale will air on Wednesday, Aug. 23, along with the Riverdale series finale.
Over the course of 13 episodes, we’ll see what’s next for the Drew Crew. They’re all grown up and trying to go their separate ways, but we know supernatural events and curses will pull them back together. Nancy and Ace need to break their curse if they want to find a way to be together.
Will the season finale work as a series finale? That is the hope. It sounds like Noga Landau and Melinda Hsu Taylor knew or had a feeling that this would be the final season and have promised us “a worthy and resonant payoff.” That better be the case!
Nancy Drew Season 4 premieres on Wednesday, May 31 at 8/7c on The CW. Catch up on The CW App.
