Tuesday, April 25 is going to see a big crossover event between The Rookie and The Rookie: Feds. It all starts with Nolan and Harper working together on a case involving severed limbs. They’re turning up all over the city, but it turns out that this is a much bigger situation than they initially thought.

It all gets out of hand when Laura becomes the next potential victim. The teams will need to work together if they want to save her from this serial killer. What will they do?

The promo gives us a good look at the events that are about to unfold throughout the episode. Laura decides to leave a house party for a trip to a cute market in the middle of the night. This shouldn’t be that much of an issue if she’s done it before, but she ends up caught out.

She’s attacked while walking and abducted. Fortunately, her friends will know that she was only supposed to go to the market, which will help narrow down where she was taken from. It’s up to the team to figure it all out.

It turns out that the LAPD’s case is not just something going on in LA. This is a much bigger case that it means the Feds will need to get involved. This serial killer has been leaving severed limbs across state lines.

As Antoinette and Elena get a forensic breakthrough, the serial killer feels the weight of the investigation against him. Of course, he goes after one of the team’s own. It’s not a smart move if he wants to cover his tracks, though.
