So, fans want to know what to expect in the new episode. While the promo suggests that we’ll get a major crossover event with Feds throughout the two hours, the synopsis tells us something different. It’s possible that the crossover event may start toward the end of this episode and run into Feds.

The synopsis for The Rookie Season 5, Episode 21 focuses more on the parent show characters. Lucy Chen is heading undercover again. I do have to question how she’s able to do undercover work when she’s been on two docuseries-style shows within the series. Wouldn’t people know who she is now?

Anyway, she is heading undercover in an attempt to infiltrate an illegal firearm operation. Things are sure to get a little dangerous.

While all that goes on, Officer Nolan will work with Detective Harper to solve a mystery, Severed limbs are turning up around the city. What is going on, and is this the storyline connected to the Feds case?
