Law & Order: Organized Crime spoilers: What to expect in Season 3 Episode 19
Law & Order: Organized Crime is finally returning with a new episode kicking off the last stories of Season 3. Here are the Law & Order: Organized Crime spoilers for what’s coming in Season 3, Episode 19.
Law & Order: Organized Crime has been off for a few weeks as NBC is prepping for the final run of episodes for Season 3. This comes after the show was renewed for Season 4.
The last episode had the team’s investigation of a club running drugs leading to someone targeting gay men. It was complicated as one victim was a cop who wasn’t ready to come out yet, with Bell having to talk to him.
The detectives found a complex web as the robberies were by the son of a club owner trying to pay off the debts his dad owed to a mobster. But the joke was on the guy, as his dad was using the clubs to launder money and was never in any debt. It climaxed in a big shootout before the cops managed to arrest everyone.
That was the last episode before a break of a few weeks, but it’s coming back now with a literally explosive new episode.
Law & Order: Organized Crime spoilers for Season 3, Episode 19
“A Diplomatic Solution” shows the team protecting a United Nations diplomat from an assassination attempt. They’re thus pushed to find out who wants him dead and why in what sounds like an exciting chase.
However, Stabler is going to be distracted by the return of his mother, Bernadette, played by Oscar and Emmy winner Ellen Burstyn. It sounds like the woman’s mental problems are getting worse, and Stabler may be in the tough position of sending his mother to a nursing home.
Between the exciting case and Stabler’s personal problems, this episode should have plenty to offer viewers leading into the final installments of Season 3.
"“The team scrambles to find the group responsible for an assassination attempt on a UN diplomat. Whelan and Reyes find a key clue in the depths of the city’s tunnel system. Stabler struggles to balance the investigation with his mother’s increasing need for support.”"
