Is My Life Is Murder renewed for Season 4? (Is My Life Is Murder canceled?)

My Life Is Murder Season 3 wrapped things up in October 2022. Will we get to see another season of the series? Will Alexa Crowe solve more crimes?

As broadcast networks wrap up their main shows in May, all eyes will turn to streaming platforms. This is where we’ll be able to watch a variety of TV shows, especially when it comes to crime dramas. Acorn TV has a great selection of shows from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, among many other locations outside of the U.S.

My Life Is Murder is one of those shows. Originally set in Australia, we see Lucy Lawless as Alexa Crowe. The second season moved production to New Zealand, which is where the third season was also set. What is the current situation with this series?

Will My Life Is Murder Season 4 happen at Acorn TV?

Season 3 ended its season on Oct. 31, 2022. Since then, there has not been any word on whether My Life Is Murder Season 4 will happen or not.

It does sometimes take some time for this series to be renewed. While Season 2 ended in October 2021, it took until February 2022 for a renewal to come through. That was despite it only taking a month for the Season 2 renewal the year before.

Long breaks aren’t as concerning with shows around the world as they would be in the U.S. We’ve even seen long waits for renewals in the U.S. Just look at how long it took for Amazon to renew The Terminal List for Season 2. However, the longer we have to wait, the more worried we get. There are times that an official renewal doesn’t happen, but there have been no signs on social media that production has started at all.

We’ll be sure to keep an eye on things for this series. We’re hoping for a Season 4.
