What was Samir accused of in Accused Season 1, Episode 13? How did the story play out? Here are all the details about Samir’s story.

Just like with other episodes, we had no idea what Samir was facing trial for at the start of the episode. The story came out as we learned more about his obsession with one woman.

Learning his supposed crime doesn’t help us understand if he’d be found guilty or not. We had to wait until the end of the episode to learn which way the jury would go. It’s time for all the details for the new episode of the series.

Samir’s story in Accused Season 1, Episode 13

The episode started with us finding out who Samir was obsessed with. She is a real estate agent named Sarah who happened to leave her phone in his cab. That gave him a chance to snoop on her phone once he worked out her password so that when he picked her up again, he could make it look like he liked the same things as her.

His obsession didn’t quite get the chance to grow to a dangerous level for Sarah. Instead, it was against her boyfriend Josh, who happened to be a married man. Of course, Samir wanted Sarah to find out the truth about Josh, and Josh, being the one having the affair, didn’t want Sarah to find out. Samir gave Josh no choice.

When Sarah seemed to accept Josh for who he was, Samir got angry. That led to him killing Josh with his car. Now granted, Josh blamed Samir for everything that was going wrong with Sarah—not the fact that he was having an affair—but Samir didn’t kill Josh by accident. It was on purpose, and when it came to the trial, there was no way for the jury to find Samir anything but guilty.

The end of the episode saw Samir’s mother trying to tell everyone her son was a “good boy,” but in this case, the evidence was completely against Samir.
