Is a new episode of CSI: Vegas on tonight? (April 27, 2023)
It’s one more week off for CSI: Vegas until it returns with the last episodes of Season 2. So what is coming when the show finally returns?
CSI: Vegas has had an offbeat schedule this spring. It had to take a few weeks off in mid-March due to the annual coverage of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament on CBS. It returned on Thursday, March 30 with a rerun on Thursday, April 6, then a new episode on Thursday, April 13. However, it’s been in reruns since and will be off again this week.
It’s likely CBS wants to hold all-new episodes back for a bit so it can run a fresh stream leading to the Season 2 finale on Thursday, May 18. Thus, Thursday, April 27, CBS will run a new special, The Last Last Late Late Show With James Corden Carpool Karaoke Special, which promotes the host’s upcoming exit from The Late Late Show.
At least CSI: Vegas fans know when the next episode comes, which promises to be a wild one.
When is CSI: Vegas back with new episodes on CBS?
The series returns on Thursday, May 4 with an episode titled “Dead Memories,” which brings back Gene Farrow, who Allie wrongly suspected was the Silver Notes Killer earlier in Season 2. She was proven wrong but worried her pushing Farrow on might end up unleashing a new killer.
This new episode will have Farrow showing up with bloody clothes and a weapon but claiming his innocence. As the team delves into what happened, they have to figure out if Farrow is playing some game.
So while fans may be annoyed at a delay, at least they know CSI: Vegas is ready to roll out three new exciting episodes to wrap up its sophomore season.
