Law & Order spoilers: What to expect in Season 22 Episode 20
Law & Order is heading into the last few episodes of Season 22 in a dramatic way. Here’s a look at the Law & Order spoilers for Season 22, Episode 20.
The long-running NBC series returned on Thursday, April 27 after a few weeks off. The storyline had the detectives investigating when the husband of a conservative Congresswoman (Sasha Alexander) was killed in their home. The woman assumed she was the target because of her controversial viewpoints.
The investigation took some turns as it was revealed the victim, a doctor, was treating a transgender student without his parent’s approval. The youth’s father took exception and in a heated argument, killed the doctor.
The trial got heated, with the defendant’s lawyer arguing about how the doctor was attempting to help the boy and the father couldn’t understand it. The congresswoman was forced to reveal she’d known about this and kept it quiet.
In the end, the killer accepted a plea deal, and the congresswoman was outraged she’d harmed her political position for this. She openly told Price all he’d done was guarantee she’d lose to someone whose views on transgender people were far worse.
That paves the way for this week’s episode, which puts a big focus on Frank Cosgrove.
