Walker Season 3 will not air any more new episodes in May 2023

Do you want to see more of Cordell, Liam, and the rest of the Walker family? There is some bad news when it comes to Walker Season 3.

We would love to say that there will be more from the Walker clan this month, but there’s a lot of bad news. The previous episode was the Walker Season 3 finale. Not only are there no more new episodes in May, but that’s it for this season.

The good news is that it isn’t the end of the series. Just as it looked like we could be saying goodbye to the show, The CW finally made some decisions about the future of some bubble shows. Walker was one of them and it is good news.

When will Walker Season 3 return to The CW?

As mentioned, the previous episode was the finale. That means there are no more episodes of Walker Season 3. The episode did work well as a season finale, especially with the wedding of the show! We loved seeing Captain James so happy.

What about the future, though? Well, we will definitely get a fourth season of the series. It will be a 13-episode season, but what does this mean about its return? Will it still be part of the fall schedule?

There are a lot of questions about when it could be put in the schedule. The WGA writers strike continues, and while that happens, no writing work is happening. The scripts are needed before production can start. Even if there were scripts, most shows are halting production until the strike ends. Writers are needed for rewrites while production happens.

So, there is a lot in the air for the 2023-2024 season right now. It’s no wonder The CW is opting for international acquisitions right now.
