The Equalizer Season 4 will not premiere on CBS in May 2023
The Equalizer has come to the end of another season. Now our eyes are on Season 4. When can we expect Season 4 to premiere on CBS?
It’s the time of year when shows are coming to an end for another season. For some shows, this is the end. For others, it’s just a break.
While there was no news from CBS about the Queen Latifah series, there was no need for that. The series was renewed for two seasons back in May 2022, so we already knew that Season 4 would happen.
The bad news for now is that we won’t get to see the show just yet. The Equalizer Season 4 is not coming in May 2023. That shouldn’t be all that surprising though considering the series is one of CBS’s big ones. CBS doesn’t bring back big shows in May. It waits for the fall.
When will The Equalizer Season 4 premiere on CBS?
So, how long will we need to wait for the new episodes? This is where we have some good news. CBS has announced the fall schedule and The Equalizer Season 4 is on the list. The show will air on Sundays at 9/8c. Yes, it is moving to a later hour.
During the fall, episodes will be preempted now and then. CBS will keep fans up to date with when the show will air at 9 p.m. or when it will be pushed to 9:30 p.m. on the east coast.
So, when will the fall premiere be? This is what we don’t know. CBS has not confirmed premiere dates just yet, which isn’t surprising considering the writers strike that continues. Plus, we don’t usually get premiere dates until June or July of each year. We would usually say the last two weeks of September is when the premiere usually is, but it will depend on how long the writers strike goes on for.
The Equalizer is available to stream on Paramount+.
