Nancy Drew spoilers: What to expect in Season 4, Episode 4 (Preview)
Horseshoe Bay becomes the location for a horror movie in Nancy Drew Season 4, Episode 4. Here are all the Nancy Drew spoilers you need.
It’s almost time for another episode of Nancy Drew. This episode will see the town become the location for a horror movie. Of course, it’s going to involve the Drew Crew, and not just because Bess has a part in the movie.
Bess’s part is sure to bring some comedic value to the storyline, though. We’ll certainly get into that as we delve into the Nancy Drew spoilers for the episode.
Nancy Drew spoilers: 4×04 promo
It looks like The CW has opted to stick to no promos for the new episodes. Sometimes, we’ve seen some pop up closer to the release of the new episodes but there’s not been anything straight after new episodes air.
Nancy Drew spoilers: 4×04 synopsis
Fortunately, the synopsis for the episodes gives us plenty to work with. The first is that there’s a movie shoot in town, and Bess is going to play one of the victims. Yes, all she’s known as is “Victim #1,” so think of her a little like Drew Barrymore in Scream. We’re sure to see some big opening number and then the major death. Ace is going to help Bess rehearse for this.
Considering this series deals with the supernatural, it shouldn’t be too surprising to hear that there is something going on with the movie set. Is it cursed? That could be the case. It’s not like the Drew Crew has enough curses to deal with right now.
Nancy is currently in a funk, so she really wants to solve this case. Ryan is worried about her. I love how much growth Ryan has had over these four seasons, so I’m sure his heart is in the right place for this. He’s just not the best of people to deal with supernatural elements. He could be just the person Nancy needs right now, though.
Check out the full synopsis for Nancy Drew Season 4, Episode 4:
"Nancy (Kennedy McMann) runs into an old friend who is in town directing a remake of a horror film called “Longhook,” where strange things are happening on set. She’s hoping that solving a new case will help get her out of her funk, and a worried Ryan (Riley Smith) offers to help Nancy since he is a self-proclaimed expert on the original version of the film. Meanwhile, Ace (Alex Saxon) helps Bess (Madison Jaizani) rehearse for her role as Victim #1 in the movie. Lastly, George (Leah Lewis) and Nick (Tunji Kasim) discover that they were both stood up for meetings by councilwoman, Brie, which gives them both an uneasy feeling."
Nancy Drew airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW. Catch up the following day on The CW App.
