Nancy Drew spoilers: What to expect in Season 4, Episode 8 (Preview)
It turns out only a year has passed in the world of Nancy Drew since the beginning of the series. Here are all the Nancy Drew spoilers for the new episode.
There is one thing that really stands out for me in the synopsis for Nancy Drew Season 4, Episode 8. It’s that Carson wants to help Nancy mark the one-year anniversary of losing her mom. That happened before the series began. Have we really not even gone a year since the show started?
That does seem a little odd. After all, we’ve seen so much happen to the group, and it seemed like they’d matured so much. Yes, all the supernatural events that happened to them would do that, but it would also take much longer than less than a year, right?

We’re without a promo again. We’re getting used to that at this point, though, aren’t we?
Nancy Drew spoilers: 4×08 synopsis
The synopsis ends with the bit about it being a year since Nancy lost her mom. Honestly, I really hope that’s explained.
The rest of the synopsis focuses on other storylines. It all starts with Nancy sending a group text to the Drew Crew. She needs them all to meet her at The Claw, but we don’t get to find out why. There are no clues what this case is about, even in the title “The Crooked Bannister.”
Is it possible that Nancy didn’t send the text? Is someone luring the group together without her?
Meanwhile, Ace’s dad wants to know what’s actually going on with him and Nancy. I adore Ace’s dad, and love seeing the two in scenes together. Will Ace be able to tell his dad the truth, or is this another part of his life that his dad isn’t allowed in on?
Take a look at the full synopsis below:
"Nancy (Kennedy McMann) sends a group text to the Drew Crew asking them to meet her at The Claw ASAP. Meanwhile, Ace’s (Alex Saxon) dad tries to get him to open up about Nancy. Lastly, Carson (Scott Wolf) makes plans with Nancy to mark the one-year anniversary of losing her mom."
