After you’ve rewatched all 10 seasons of The Blacklist, you’ll want to find something else to check out. Here are five great options.

After 10 seasons, The Blacklist has officially come to an end. Love or hate the way it ended, that’s it. Now is the time to rewatch all the seasons to remember all those connections we got in the finale season and say hello and goodbye to characters we’d come to love again.

After that, you can rewatch (or watch for the first time!) The Blacklist: Redemption. This is the spin-off of the series that follows Tom Keene after finding out about his mother during the parent series. It only lasted for one season before Tom ended up coming back into the main series.

Then you’ll need to watch something else. What is there to check out on TV if you love the James Spader series.

5 shows perfect for The Blacklist fans

Gotham

No, not Gotham Knights, which has just been canceled by The CW. We’re talking about the FOX show from much earlier. It is set in the world of Batman, but it follows a time before Batman turned up. We follow Detective James Gordon, who is struggling to keep the city safe.

There are also elements of a young Bruce Wayne’s story. We get to see his early life as he gained a view of the world that would lead to him becoming the iconic vigilante.

There are certainly villains DC fans will know well. This is also a show for a casual fan, as it follows more of a procedural format than a superhero format.

Gotham is available to stream on Max.

24

Do you love procedurals that do things a little differently? Well, 24 certainly offered that. Each season was one day, and it covered one case. You will need to watch the episodes in order, so it’s not really a procedural, but it is a great series.

The themes of the show are very much like The Blacklist. We follow Jack Bauer, who isn’t afraid to do questionable things if he needs to, but he would prefer to stick to the law. One of the craziest things about the series is how Bauer doesn’t need to eat, sleep, or use the washroom. It’s just one of those things you notice the more you go through the series.

24 is currently available to stream on Hulu.

Homeland

If you love international elements to TV crime dramas, it’s Homeland that you want to turn to. This series involves a lot of international terrorism throughout the series, starting with CIA agent Carrie Mathison digging into the case of missing Nicholas Brody, a marine sergeant who suddenly arrives back home. What happened in the eight years that he was gone?

This is one of those shows that takes you through a series of twists and turns. You’ll constantly find yourself questioning who you can trust.

Homeland is available to stream on Showtime.

Absentia

Stana Katic is the actress to watch in the next series for The Blacklist fans. She plays Emily Byrne, an FBI agent who goes missing. She’s presumed dead and her whole family moves on, but then she returns after six years with the story that she’s been held captive all that time.

What really went on? What happens when she tries to return to the life that she once knew? One of the great things about the show is that it was able to come to an end where it wanted to, which is after three brilliant seasons.

Absentia is available to stream on Prime Video.

The Americans

One of the things we love about The Blacklist is the mystery of who Red is. What about another show like that? The Americans offers that with Philip and Elizabeth Jennings. They are two KGB spies in an arranged marriage posing as two Americans in Washington, D.C.

This is set just after Ronald Reagan is elected president. It’s a time of fear as the Cold War continues on. However, will life in America change the way they think, especially when they have to raise two children who have no idea who they actually are? Things are certainly harder for them when they find out they have an FBI agent as a neighbor.

The Americans is currently on Hulu.
