With the strike action still going on, there are fears our favorite shows will be canceled. What’s going on with FBI: Most Wanted?

When there are delays to TV shows, there is always the fear that a cancellation will happen. We just have to look at how shows were canceled abruptly or “unrenewed” during the pandemic. We didn’t think we’d face another delay like that, and then the WGA members went on strike. Not long after that, the SAG-AFTRA members went on strike.

Hollywood has pretty much shut down. While there are a few shows that gained exemptions, anything that is a SAG-AFTRA production or anything that requires WGA writers is on hold. It leads to the fears that some shows will be canceled.

What’s going on with FBI: Most Wanted? Will we see an abrupt end to that series?

Will FBI: Most Wanted Season 5 still happen?

It looks like CBS is waiting out the strike. Initially, the network planned on bringing back a normal fall. Things changed when the actors joined the strike action, and now we’re not expecting FBI: Most Wanted Season 5 until 2024. However, we are still expecting it. CBS has shown no signs yet of canceling anything.

There are shows that perform worse than Most Wanted, which protects this show for a while. We also know that the show will be one series regular down as Alexa Davalos is not returning. We could see a season without a replacement, as we have seen the team work with one member short now and again.

We will likely see the season cut to 13 episodes at the most. It all depends on when the writers and actors get back to work—and we only want that to happen when there is a fair deal on the table.

Will Julian McMahon return in FBI: Most Wanted Season 5?. dark. Next
