It’s time for the final mystery and a chance to see if Nancy and Ace’s curse can be broken. Here are the Nancy Drew spoilers for the series finale.
The previous episode of Nancy Drew saw a lot happen. We found out what Nancy asked of the Sin Eater, and it wasn’t to erase one of her own sins. Instead, it was to erase one of Ace’s, and that wasn’t really a sin.
Ace was dealing with survivor’s guilt. He chose to save his dad over Alison, something that so many other people would have done. Ace is understandably angry at Nancy’s actions as it meant that he forgot everything about Alison, meaning he didn’t have a chance to deal with the survivor’s guilt by himself.
It certainly puts a spanner in the works for the two of them. All this time, we’ve just wanted to see Nace become end game and it’s looking more and more like that won’t be possible.

Oh how I wish there was a promo for this episode. What’s interesting is that I get to see promos on W Network when I watch the episodes in Canada, but I haven’t seen a promo air on The CW. What’s going on?

Nancy Drew spoilers: 4×13 synopsis
The synopsis for the series finale gives us a small hint of what to expect. There’s some sort of shocking discovery. Is that to do with the Sin Eater or will it be to break the curse?
It’s hard to say if the curse will be broken by the end of it—and if Nancy and Ace could become endgame. It’s clear that the writers had more to tell. The downside of being canceled partway through writing is having to make the most of the time that is left. That isn’t always that easy, and that’s clear with these final episodes.
However, the Drew Crew will work together for this final mystery. It’s time to save Horseshoe Bay for the sins of its past.
