Is The Lincoln Lawyer canceled? (Will Season 3 happen at Netflix?)

It’s always exciting to see a new season of a series, but then we have to wait for a renewal. What’s going on with The Lincoln Lawyer? Will there be a third season?

As much as we love to watch a new season of our favorite show, we then end up with a lot of questions. The biggest one is whether there will be more. Netflix doesn’t have the best track record of renewing shows, especially as shows get to the third season.

So yes, we were very worried going into The Lincoln Lawyer Season 2 with no word on a renewal. It was even harder with the strike action currently happening. With the delays that are going to happen, would it mean Netflix would pull the plug on the Michael Connelly book adaptation series?

Will The Lincoln Lawyer Season 3 happen at Netflix?

There is some great news for fans of the drama. It is coming back. Netflix announced that it has renewed The Lincoln Lawyer for Season 3.

We even have some details of the season length and the book that it will be based on. Like the first two seasons, there will be 10 episodes to Season 3. It’s not yet clear if this season will be split in two parts like the second season or not, but that will likely be decided a little closer to the time.

This season will follow the fifth book in the Mickey Haller series, The Gods of Guilt. Mickey feels a lot of guilt in this story as the murder victim is a former client of his. In fact, Mickey realizes that he may have been the one to put the former client in danger, and now he will do everything he can to get justice for the victim.
