We still have a long wait on our hands for FBI Season 6. We’re spending that time looking at what could happen to each of the characters. Right now, it’s all about Jubal Valentine.

As we wait for FBI Season 6, we’ll spend some time looking at what could happen to the various characters next. For that, we need to take a brief look at the storylines in the previous season.

For Jubal, it was a season of knockback. He’s tried for some time now to be a part of his son’s life. He made a promise to be there for his son’s birthday, but work got in the way, yet again. I don’t think he’s realizing just how much damage this is doing to his son.

On top of that, he’s started drinking again. What’s in store in Season 6 with this in mind?

What could happen to Jubal in FBI Season 6?

I would like to see more of Jubal falling off the wagon. Maggie caught him drinking, and she made it clear that either he comes clean about it or she shares the information with those who need to know. She is certainly giving him some tough love.

That was it, though. There didn’t seem to be any other mention of this threat, and Jubal didn’t come clean. It’s also hard to tell if he’s stopped drinking, or if he is just better at hiding it. I want to see that written better in Season 6.

I’m sure we’ll also see more of the personal storylines with his son. Jubal really let his son down in Season 5. I don’t think there is a way to make it up to Tyler now. To be honest, Tyler is going to realize that his dad isn’t someone he can rely on, and I would like to see how that is played out for Jubal as he realizes that he may not be able to make this right.

FBI is available to stream on Paramount+.
