The first episode of Mrs. Sidhu Investigates is certainly a hit. We’ve got to meet the main characters and see how they interact with each other. Seeing the unlikely partnership between Mrs. Sidhu and DCI Burton form has been so much fun already, and there is more time for this to blossom.

This is a short series with just four episodes. However, we know that each episode is going to be worth checking out, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store. The best thing is that we get a different mystery each week. There’s also a different catering gig for Mrs. Sidhu. This is a great way to keep things fresh, have some exciting guest stars, and see how the mysteries unravel without them being dragged on.

What to expect in Mrs. Sidhu Investigates Episode 2

The second episode will see Mrs. Sidhu hired to cater at a convention for a hit fantasy TV series. Her son, Tez, is coming along for the ride. Maybe he’ll get the chance to meet the Melville family, who created the fantasy series in the show, Swordmaster.

Things take a turn when life imitates art. One of the lead cast members is found dead. They happen to be killed in the same way a character was killed in the previous season of the series. Was it someone on the cast, or some crazy fan looking for five minutes of fame?

Mrs. Sidhu and DCI Burton will both get onto the case. However, Burton has his own theories and he doesn’t think that Mrs. Sidhu is right on this one. Well, she isn’t going to let that stop her from setting out to solve the crime. Who will be the one in the right? Can they end up working together to catch the killer?
