Hana Gibson went down a vigilante road in FBI: Most Wanted Season 4. This opens a lot of doors for storylines. What is next for the character in FBI: Most Wanted Season 5?

Throughout FBI: Most Wanted Season 4, we saw some changes to Hana Gibson. She went down a darker path, catching criminals on the internet to help protect innocent victims. Kristin Gaines found out about this and shared the dangers of Hana’s path, especially with it not quite being legal.

There were some great storylines there that could have happened. However, Gaines isn’t going to be in FBI: Most Wanted Season 5. Alexa Davalos is leaving the series, which means the storylines can really only involve Hana, for now.

What will happen to Hana Gibson in FBI: Most Wanted Season 5?

This season hasn’t been written yet. While the writers likely have a plan in place, the writing wasn’t set to start until June. The WGA strike started in May, preventing the writers room from opening.

That doesn’t stop us from speculating at what could happen based on how things ended for Hana in the fourth season. There wasn’t a conclusion to Hana’s vigilante storyline, so there is hope that this could come up again. I’d love to see Hana do more, and see what that does to her mind. After all, knowing what people are capable of on a theoretical level and seeing it being done are two different things.

Others on the team will likely find out about it. I’d like to see their reactions, and whether those reactions bring Hana’s actions to an end. I have a feeling that one of the people Hana is tracking ends up being someone that the whole team has to track, and Hana ends up in personal danger during FBI: Most Wanted Season 5. Or maybe someone is tracking her and puts her in danger.

FBI: Most Wanted is available to stream on Paramount+.
