Alec and the team head to Vegas to help a former colleague in The Irrational Season 1, Episode 5. Here are all The Irrational spoilers you need.

After helping to find a kidnapped girl, Alec and the team move on to helping a former colleague. While all that goes on, the situation from Alec’s past continues to get messier.

With the past, it’s clear that there is something bigger at play. The guy arrested for the bombing definitely didn’t do it. He didn’t confess until his parole hearing, and he got details of the entire thing wrong when he was tricked into talking about it. The problem is he’s not talking about what’s really going on.

That’s sure to come up again in the new episode, but what’s the case of the week for Alec to figure out? What will we learn about behavioral science in the new episode?

The synopsis tells us a little more about what takes Alec and the team to Las Vegas. Alec gets a call from Camille, a former colleague who is now an expert poker player. It’s not surprising then that she’s ended up in Vegas, but how has she ended up in trouble with a loan shark when she’s an expert poker player?

The synopsis also gives us a hint of the season-long storyline involving the case from Alec’s past. Marisa is looking more and more into this, especially with making it clear she knows the person arrested for the crimes didn’t do it. She needs to find out why he won’t talk.
