We’re wondering about the return of past characters in FBI: Most Wanted Season 5. YaYa Gosselin is fondly remembered for her portrayal of Fugitive Task Force leader Jess LaCroix’s young daughter, Tali LaCroix. Jess was a widower, who bonded with his daughter over their love of animals.

His wife, Angelyne Skye LaCroix, passed away before viewers were introduced to the characters. So, will we see YaYa Gosselin reprise her role as Tali in FBI: Most Wanted Season 5?

According to TVLine, during the third season, after being trapped in a mall during a shooting rampage with his daughter, Jess made a decision. He decided to let Tali spread her wings.

She was accepted into a Canadian equestrian boarding school. This also made sense since Tali would be living near her grandparents. And she had been taking equestrian classes with Sarah Allen. Jess and Sarah started dating, and she moved in with Jess and Tali.

Will YaYa Gosselin return to FBI: Most Wanted Season 5?

YaYa exited the series to pursue other opportunities, including playing Missy Moreno in the Netflix movie We Can Be Heroes. The actress was also cast in Surfside Girls on Apple TV+.

In addition, Jess, played by Julian McMahon, was killed off the series. Tali has no reason to return after Jess is murdered. Her uncle, Clinton Skye, departed during the second season for unknown reasons. And with Tali now living near her grandparents, she has no family left on FBI: Most Wanted.

Since new team leader Special Agent Remy Scott has taken over for Jess, YaYa’s return seems like it would be jarring to the series. And she would seem out of place with the current cast. Perhaps it is best to leave Tali in the past.

Of course, we can’t rule something out, but it seems unlikely.
