There are going to be changes coming to Intelligence in Chicago PD Season 11. When will we get to see how it all plays out?
There are some big changes potentially in the works for Intelligence. Recent reports say that Tracy Spiridakos is leaving the series after the upcoming season. While the actress hasn’t addressed the reports, she also hasn’t denied them, which does suggest that she is working on an exit from the series.
Now we want to see how it will all play out. The bad news is we still have a wait on our hands. Chicago PD is one of the shows caught up in the strike action, so it’s not surprising to see that it’s not on the list of arrivals in November 2023. We won’t get it at all in 2023.
When will Chicago PD Season 11 premiere on NBC?
How long will we need to wait, then? That’s the million-dollar question at this point. The series doesn’t have a premiere date just yet. It can’t get a premiere date until there is some sort of idea of when the show can start filming.
The WGA strike has come to an end, so writing has started up. That’s great, but it’s no good without production starting up. The SAG-AFTRA strike is still ongoing and there are no clues as to when it could end. We were hoping for it to end by now, which would have meant a possible early 2024 premiere date.
Right now, we’re looking at Chicago PD Season 11 probably premiering sometime in March 2024. This will mean a much shorter season than normal, but we’ll take something rather than nothing.
Chicago PD is available to stream on Peacock.
