When will SWAT Season 7 premiere on CBS?

SWAT Season 7 is going to arrive in 2024, and we won’t have to wait too long for it. CBS has set the return dates for a lot of its shows.

Eyes have been on when our favorite shows could return ever since the news that the SAG-AFTRA strike was at an end. It hasn’t taken long for CBS to set some premiere dates.

Yes, SWAT Season 7 is one of the shows on the list. We feared a little that this show would be held for the spring purely with it being the final season of the series. However, the good news is the show is making a return at the same time as other big shows.

When is the SWAT Season 7 premiere?

CBS has set the premiere date as Friday, Feb. 16. The episode will air at 8/7c, kicking off a night of great CBS dramas.

This is still the final season. It looks like there are still plans for it to have 13 episodes. This will be possible as long as production can start up very soon. Production of a lot of shows like SWAT is set to start up at the end of November or the start of December. There will be time to get a few episodes in the can before the winter break and then production will restart in January.

Of course, these plans may need to change if production doesn’t get started right away. However, there’s no reason for the production plans to be delayed anymore.

With a 13-episode season, we’re looking at SWAT Season 7 wrapping up in May, at the usual time for finales. This is likely the case for all shows on CBS, which will allow for the network to get back to normal for the 2024–2025 season.
