While we are still months away of knowing what to expect with the newest show in the world of the 911 franchise, a new teaser trailer for 911: Nashville has given some indication of what will occur.

In the teaser trailer for 911: Nashville, released by ABC, the camera moves along the outskirts of Nashville as a fiery tornado is set against the names of the main actors in the cast, including Chris O’Donnell and Jessica Capshaw. Also included is a cover of Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire” before we hear someone say the iconic, “911 Nashville, what’s your emergency?”

What do we know about the first major crisis on 911: Nashville?

Since teasers in the past in the show’s history will often give viewers an idea of what is about to occur, maybe the first emergency will involve some sort of fiery tornado that touches down. So far, not much information has been given, although we know some of the other cast members who will make up the fire crew.

O’Donnell is set to portray Captain Don Sharpe, whose son, Ryan, also works as a firefighter and is played by Michael Provost. From what we know so far, Sharpe had been on the rodeo scene before becoming a firefighter and he has his own secrets that we’re sure to learn once the series premieres on ABC. As for Capshaw, she will portray Don’s wife, Blythe.

Joining the cast is Hailey Kilgore as Taylor, another firefighter, Juani Feliz as a former trauma surgeon named Roxie, and Hunter McVey, an influencer who will portray Blue in his acting debut.

Other stars appearing in the series include actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley and singer LeAnn Rimes. 911: Nashville is set to air on Thursdays on ABC in the fall alongside the original 911. As of this writing, there are no plans for a crossover, but we also do know that 911 will not serve as a backdrop to the show’s premiere

The cast and crew have been hard at work bringing the series to life. Kilgore recently posted a behind the scenes photo with the rest of her castmates. From the looks of things, it will be a good looking crew and fans are excited to meet them all.

Even though we won’t get much information until we’re closer to the series premiere, we will keep you updated as more news comes out about the cast and other show news.
