We know there are breaks in the regular TV schedule. FOX is bringing some of the first breaks, with Accused taking one already.

When the promo for the new episode came out, it included the fact that Accused would be off the air for a couple of weeks. That includes this Tuesday, Oct. 29.

It's not the only FOX show off tonight. In fact, it's not the only FOX show off all this week. The World Series is in full swing, with Game 4 airing tonight on the network instead.

When will Accused return with new episodes?

We have a bit of a wait for new episodes of the series. The promo told us “in 3 week,” which means we’re going to get the new episode on Tuesday, Nov. 12.

To be honest, everything is going to be off on Tuesday, Nov. 5. It’s Election Day in the United States. There is no way that any network is going to air new episodes of shows. It’s all about the election coverage.

Who will star in Accused season 2, episode 4?

The new episode sees Michael Chiklis return to the series. Fans will remember that he appeared in the series premiere, but he will take on a very different role in the new series. He’s back on trial, though!

Based on the promo, Chiklis plays a high school wrestling coach. When he learns that a star is doing drugs, he steps in to try to get the boy help. It looks like that help may turn deadly in some sort of way.

Take a look at the promo for the new episode to get ready for it:

Accused airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on FOX. Catch up the following day on Hulu.
