There’s a new case for Bex and the team to get involved in on The Hunting Party season 2 episode 3. This time, we see a modern-day Robin Hood, but there is something Bex has never seen before.
During The Hunting Party season 2, episode 2, Bex’s case took a turn. The detective who worked the original case turned out to be the copycat killer, and it led to Bex starting to question whether Erica was right. Will the darkness eventually take over? Shane doesn’t think so, but Bex needs to find a way to keep the light on.
It was a great, twisty episode, and now we’re heading into another one. Titled “Zack Lang,” Bex and the team will need to get to the bottom of a modern-day Robin Hood, but there’s something different based on the original kills.
A killer obsessed with class on The Hunting Party season 2 episode 3
There have been many cases on TV shows that have a Robin Hood-style criminal. Usually, it’s the literal interpretation, with them robbing from the rich to help the poor, but Zack Lang has another interpretation. This guy decides that he’s going to kill the wealthy, and it’s a way to put out a warning to those who have money.
At least, that was the original case. Bex seems to have had experience with the original case, and that’s likely why she’s so confused at the current situation. The more recent killings are things that she’s never seen before, and she spent years as an FBI profiler seeing some of the worst serial killers out there.
This is going to be a creepy case based on the promo. We see a guy who is on a bench somewhere in New York city what seem to be watches for eyes. The watches are clearly a sign of the guy’s wealth, but what is the exact message this Robin Hood killer wants to get across?
Bex and the team get into the mind of the killer
Like with other cases, the team will need to get into the mid of the killer. However, in this case, it’s important to get into some unresolved trauma, and there’s also the need to get into the details of his treatments while in the Pit.
All the serial killers have seen their MO twisted because of the treatment that they’ve received. In some cases, they think they are trying to save people, and in other cases, their MO changes to something far more dangerous. What’s the case here? Well, it certainly has Bex freaked out!
