A case is about to get messy for Eddie and Badillo in Blue Bloods season 14, episode 17. Take a look inside what to expect.

This is the penultimate episode of Blue Bloods. No, we’re not ready for it! We’re still hoping that CBS could reverse the decision, or at least, bring us a spin-off that works a lot like the Criminal Minds revival—which has become more like a continuation of the series.

For now, we have to work with the information that we have. After taking a week off for Black Friday, Blue Bloods is back with a new episode, and this one could see Jamie and Eddie finding a case that splits them professionally.

Eddie and Badillo deal with a squatter in Blue Bloods season 14, episode 17

On the surface, the case for Eddie and Badillo shouldn’t be that difficult. A man calls when there’s a squatter inside his apartment. That should be relatively easy to handle. There are squatter’s rights, but after 30 days. As long as this is within the 30-day mark, it should be fine.

This is where things get difficult, though. The squatter is Jamie’s confidential informant. With that information, it could mean Eddie and Jamie need to find a way to work together professionally. Will Badillo get in the way of the couple to help take some of the personally issues off their plate?

Meanwhile, Frank needs to deal with the mayor again. The mayor has a proposal for Frank, but Frank knows the man well enough to know that there’s always some sort of hidden agenda. What is this one? That’s something for Frank to figure out. Could this be something that takes us into the series finale?

Danny and Baez have a murder investigation to handle as all of this is going on. A student has been found dead in her dorm room. We don’t know a lot about the student, which could mean that she was someone people were jealous about, or it could be linked to a date gone wrong.
