Tuesday nights are FBI Night, but there’s a change to the schedule soon. There won’t be any new episodes of the three shows on Tuesday, March 25.
A break in the schedule is nothing unusual, especially around this time of the year. The networks spread out the content that they have available to make sure they can hit May for finale week. This often means weeks where reruns happen, but this coming break is a little different.
CBS won’t have reruns of all three FBI shows
There will be a rerun of FBI season 7. We’re heading back to the November episode titled “Pledges,” which saw a protest on campus turn deadly. When there’s a murder in the middle of the protest, the team must track down the killer while trying to keep the rest of the students calm. Jubal’s son, Tyler, is one of the detained students, and that worries him as an FBI agent.
After that, we’re not getting reruns of the other two FBI shows. Instead, CBS will bring two Watson reruns.
This is disappointing for fans of the two shows, but it does make sense. CBS has just recently announced that FBI: International and FBI: Most Wanted are canceled. Meanwhile, Watson remains on the bubble, and it looks like CBS wants to use the FBI rerun lead-in as a way to get more eyes on the series. That makes sense if it’s pushing for this series to be renewed. I will say that CBS has pushed this show’s promotion and scheduling well.

When will FBI, International, and Most Wanted return?
It’s not entire clear, at the time of writing this, how long the break will be. This is likely due to scheduling, so the break is usually a week or two long. Considering the series didn’t return from its winter break until the end of January, a week off makes sense. With a 22-episode season, that would put the three finales on Tuesday, May 20 if there was just a one-week break.
It does suggest that this is the last break in the schedule. I said when CBS set late January returns that it would mean fewer breaks in the schedule. The last break was due to politics, so it doesn’t fully count for scheduling purpose — it actually helped!
FBI, FBI: International, and FBI: Most Wanted are all available to stream on Paramount+.
