Tuesdays are a busy night when it comes to crime dramas on broadcast TV. There’s plenty to check out, and with some shows still on the bubble, you need to watch them now more than ever. There are other shows no longer on the bubble, and you can get away with skipping them for the following day.
Of course, we have suggestions for the night. As Tuesdays are packed with options on the broadcast networks, we’re not looking at cable and streaming for now. However, there are some excellent shows to watch, whether it’s something like Oxygen True Crime or Netflix.
4 crime dramas to watch and 3 to skip tonight, Tuesday, May 6
Kicking off the night is The Cleaning Lady on FOX. The series remains on the bubble at the time of writing this, so you won’t want to skip over it as we get so much closer to when decisions are being made. The season so far has seen Bianca learn that Thony and Jorge’s marriage is fake, and things are about to get messier as the truth comes out.
After that, stick with FOX, as Alert: Missing Persons Unit is also still on the bubble at the time of writing this. This season hasn’t been easy to watch with the loss of Nikki, but it has brought a new dynamic to Mike and Jason’s relationship. The episode is going to lead to the team trying to figure out who is telling the truth: father or son? They are on the hunt for the son’s missing girlfriend, and he may have been the one to take and kill her.
To end the night, turn your attention to CBS, where a new episode of FBI: Most Wanted airs. When a mayor fakes her own kidnapping to escape arrest, the Fugitive Task Force is called in. On top of that, there’s a dead FBI agent, and that means it becomes personal.

After all of this, head back to the start of the night. Make sure you recorded Will Trent. Sure, the series has been renewed, but this is a fun show that is a great way to wrap up Tuesdays. Ormewood has learned what’s wrong with him, and he’s struggling to deal with that. That’s not surprising, as he didn’t really want to admit that there was a problem in the first place. Meanwhile, Will heads to a small town, where there’s a murder, and we all know how small-town folk take to outsiders in murder investigations.
What about the shows to skip? We have a few suggestions because they’re already been renewed or canceled, and you can catch them on streaming the following day. The ones we’d say to watch the following day are FBI, FBI: International, and The Rookie. They all clash with other shows on at the same time.
