It’s likely a case of fratricide in Elsbeth season 2, episode 10. Let’s take a look at an episode about the death of a finance bro.

Elsbeth usually has a hunch about who did the killing. There are just things that she can see that other people can’t. Once she gets a hunch, she can’t really shake it, and it’s very rare that we find out that she’s wrong. There’s a reason she continues to work the cases!

Well, in the new episode, she thinks that it’s a case of fratricide. Honestly, is blood more important than money? These shows usually tell us no.

Did the brother do it in Elsbeth season 2, episode 10?

Elsbeth turns her attention to the victim’s twin brother when a murder investigation starts. It’s all about the murder of a Wall Street titan. This titan chose to give his fortune away, and then suddenly he turns up dead.

Well, Elsbeth is sure the twin brother did it, and the promo certainly hints to that. Guest starring Alan Ruck, this twin brother certainly has some anger issues. Elsbeth attempts to push him over the edge when she messes around with his golf club, but is it going to have the effect that she wants it to?

The question is would the twin be so angry about his brother giving money away that he killed for it? Does that make sense when the money is gone by that point?

Meanwhile, the Van Ness case is going to come back up again. This case has already caused Elsbeth to move from Chicago to New York. There were elements about that case that didn’t sit right with her, and now it’s come up. Mark Van Ness’s second wife wants details of the initial divorce.

I’ll admit that there are elements of this that I’m still confused about. Wouldn’t a divorce settlement be protected by client-attorney privilege. Why would Elsbeth have to talk about it, unless she wanted to? And then she’s putting herself in a difficult position because she’s the one breaking confidentiality and going against what she’s signed.
