Tuesday is FBI night, and the New York Field Office will have a case that involves 3D printed guns in FBI season 7, episode 11. This episode is set to turn New York into a war zone.
The most recent episode ended with some lackluster moments. Instead of the team bringing the bad guys to justice, the whole case was handed off to other people. Now yes, this happens in real life. Sometimes, it’s something that we need to see happen in a TV series, but the entire episode was on the disappointing side.
Usually when another team takes over a case, there’s a promise to get it back. It would lead to a bigger storyline later in the season, but that doesn’t look like it will happen in this series. So, now we need to focus on the new case of the week.
Mexican cartels and 3D printed guns in FBI season 7, episode 11
The team is called out when a homeless shelter becomes the location of a shooting. The team needs to get to the bottom of it, but it is going to prove much harder than normal. The guns aren’t traditional guns. They are all 3D printed guns.
This makes it much harder to track the bullets and the guns. They’re unregistered, and it means there is a world of ammo out there that can be printed and used.
On top of that, it looks like a Mexican cartel is behind it all. We often find that there’s some sort of international drug cartel behind these things. It’s not like 3D printed guns can’t be created by anyone out there in the world, is it? Adding the Mexican cartel certainly adds a little bit of extra danger as New York becomes a potential war zone.
