We always know the exit of a team member means the arrival of another. FBI season 7, episode 2 will see that happen.
It’s not clear just yet whether we’re getting Scola’s permanent new partner. It’s possible that we’ll get a storyline that involves an attempt to find a partner but that it just doesn’t work out. The promo certainly seems to hint at that.
Can Maggie get along with Scola’s new partner in FBI season 7, episode 2?
Part of the issue seems to come from Maggie in the partner. Or maybe it’s the new partner not taking things as seriously as she should. Maggie makes it clear that the team will need to work together and do everything they can to save some children. We know that Maggie is focused on her job, but not everyone who comes in will have the same grit and determination as her.
If Scola ends up with a green partner, it could lead to some issues. He will need to train someone on the job, and that could be dangerous for everyone. Sure, he helped train Kristen Chazel after she moved to being a field agent, but since then, he had a seasoned member of the team in Tiffany Wallace.
The case is also going to be a complicated one. When a suburban couple is murdered, the team realize that the evidence points to it being the previous homeowner. That’s not quite possible considering that person is serving 10 years in a federal prison. So, who wants to frame this person, or who is working for them on the outside?
Check out the promo and synopsis for FBI season 7, episode 2:
"The team is on the case when a suburban couple is murdered and all forensic evidence points to the home's previous owner, who is currently serving 10 years in federal prison. Meanwhile, OA reunites with an old military colleague, and Scola tries to welcome a new partner."
