With just 24 hours before her arrest, Gabi didn’t have long to deal with a case in Found season 2, episode 10. Could she find a missing, potentially suicidal teen?
Caution: This post contains SPOILERS from Found season 2, episode 10
The episode opened where the previous one ended. There was a gunshot in Trent’s house, but fortunately, Trent wasn’t hurt. Neither Sir nor Trent were killed, but things didn’t work out the way Sir wanted.
Just as Gabi told Trent to shoot Sir, the lights went out. Someone took Sir out of the house, and Gabi realized that Sir wasn’t done in the house. Whoever he’s been working with hasn’t actually been “helping” him. This person has been preventing the plan, but why?
Someone wants Sir to leave Gabi behind in Found season 2, episode 10
We initially start with Sir, who gets back to his RV to a string of text messages from someone telling him to stop obsessing over Gabi. This person things Gabi is a traitor, but Sir isn’t ready to hear that. He makes another call to say that his plan to travel to Holland with Gabi will be in 24 hours instead of a few weeks.
Why 24 hours? Well, that’s how long Gabi has as a free woman. Trent learns that the police department will give her 24 hours, and Trent warns her about that. Trent wants Gabi to run, but she won’t. At least Trent feels bad for everything that he put in motion. Now that he’s past the anger of her betrayal, he can see that she was trying to do a good thing in using Sir.
Christian isn’t happy that Sir is going after Gabi and won’t help clear his name. However, as Christian tries to run away, Sir hits him over the back of the head and gets out of the RV.
We do get more looks at the past to see how much Sir was playing the long game. He has always wanted to take Gabi away, and he even had a passport for her when she was younger. Only Lacey knew, but she couldn’t speak to share and nobody was willing to believe her. Could this have changed anything? With how relentless Sir has been all this time, probably not!

Gabi hunts down a missing teen in Found
After finding out that Dhan survived surgery and he wanted to see her, Gabi made her way to the hospital. Ethan wanted her there, but only because he had a case.
Honestly, Ethan annoys me so much. I get that he is hurt that Dhan puts Gabi and M&A first, but that’s not Gabi’s fault. This is a problem Ethan and Dhan have. It’s a little like when there’s an affair. Sure, you can be angry at the other person, but to get the spouse to end the affair and choose the marriage is a spouse issue. That spouse needs to choose to cut contact with the other person.
Of course, this isn’t like an affair, though. Dhan works at M&A. This is his passion and it gives him a purpose. Ethan should understand this as a therapist, and instead, he’s being manipulative and awful. Like who tells someone who is recovering from surgery all of the bad that’s happening with Sir?
Back to the case, though. Ethan finds out that there’s a missing teen at a college, and it doesn’t take long for Margaret to realize that the teen was outed as gay online. It’s no wonder he’s gone missing. Has he run away, though?
There is a thought that he might be suicidal at one point, but it’s soon clear that he didn’t write the suicidal note. Jarad actually helped another college student with those feelings, making it clear that Jarad is a good guy. So, the M&A team was back at the drawing board.
The college clearly hides a lot of negativity and problems, so it’s not surprising that the dean wants Gabi to leave. However, she is more than happy to make the entire missing teen situation known to the world in return for CCTV footage. That’s how Gabi and the team learn that Jarad and the President of the Frat, Brian, are together.
Everything starts to fall into place. Jarad took his roommates car because he wanted to tell his parents that he was gay before anyone else found out. However, he clearly didn’t make it to his parent’s house. That led to searches for an abandoned car or a crash, and they find that Jarad hit an animal at some point. He was at the side of the road with injuries the whole time people were looking for him. He was lucky to still be alive when Gabi and Margaret got to him!
I love the way the story ended with the parents. They had always known about their son, but they wanted him to tell them in their own time. They love him unconditionally. It’s the ending that Jarad needed with his parents, and to have Brian turn up at the very end was the icing on the cake.

Lacey’s mom puts everyone in their place in Found
As everyone learns that Gabi has 24 hours until she’ll be arrested, the team seems to just sit back. Lacey’s mom, who is there to celebrate the team’s two-year anniversary, tells them all off. She’s mad that everyone is just letting Gabi go to prison.
Yes, Gabi did the wrong thing, but that doesn’t mean the M&A team should just let her be arrested. Gabi would do everything to protect everyone else, so they should do the same for her. It’s the words they all need to hear, leading to Lacey looking for every legal loophole to save Gabi (there isn’t one) and Dhan discharging himself to help from the office.
Everyone ends up working together to protect Gabi. The police can certainly arrest her, but that doesn’t mean they’ll be able to hold her. Zeke is able to wipe the hard drive completely, while Margaret, who shares that she was projecting her own failures in her anger, cleans the basement down completely. Dhan did a good job, but there were a few things he missed.
The arrest doesn’t happen, though. Trent gets a call about “the RV” and rushes out.
We end the episode with Sir breaking into M&A. It’s clear is he ready to take Gabi, whether the rest of the team likes it or not.
