After a change to the schedule and then skipping a week, Found is back, and it brings an intense episode. There’s a lot going on in Found season 2, episode 20, with Lena causing problems, a new case, and Trent on the hunt for Kerry.
Caution: This post contains SPOILERS for Found season 2, episode 20.
If you needed a reminder from the previous episode, the start of the episode gets you caught up pretty quickly. Jamie has chosen the side of Margaret and the team, and he’s working with Trent to bring Kerry in. Meanwhile, Lena is still on the run from the cops, and that means the M&A Team need to hunt down two people.

Kerry realizes that Jamie has betrayed her in Found season 2, episode 20
Jamie waits alone at the bus station, but it’s soon clear that Kerry isn’t coming. Instead, a young girl walks over with a coffee cup that has “JUDAS” written on it. Kerry knows that Jamie has chosen Margaret, and she isn’t going to go to the bus station at the risk of being arrested.
Trent continues to search for her, but he ends up helping Gabi with her case. On top of that, the DCPD is a little tied up with the search for Lena. Everyone is stretched thin, so it ends up being up to Margaret at the very end of the episode to figure out what to do.
This episode does offer Jamie a lot more time to open up and allow us as viewers into his head. We get a chance to really feel how he feels, moving away from the sneaky behavior and finally accepting that Margaret loved him this whole time. He opens up about how he understood how Margaret felt in one of her diary entries about wanting to take her life, and Jamie would cut himself regularly because of how he felt.
In his head, he wasn’t worthy of the pain that he was causing other people. He still feels that way at times, and Margaret is there for him to share that the pain others felt when he went missing was not his guilt to bear. He has nothing to apologize, and we get a chance to see the type of mother she could have been, but also the mother that losing Jamie made her become.
At the end, she finally realizes the one thing that will get Kerry back, and she asks Jamie for forgiveness for this. She gives a press conference to share that Jamie is back — she knows this is Jamie, and Jamie is ready for people to find out the truth — but that Kerry is on the loose. However, this isn’t a hunt for Kerry. She wants to share with Kerry via the press conference that she has also found her son, Nicholas. Sure enough, Nicholas is there, and he agrees to help get Kerry by waiting with Margaret at the bus stop.
Kerry acts the way Margaret expected. She turns up, leading to her being arrested and Nicholas is able to go home to his adopted family. It’s not without an apology for the pain he thinks he’s caused, and Margaret reminds him that he has nothing to apologize for. At least we know that Nicholas got to grow up in a good home, even if he doesn’t remember the pain Kerry caused him when he was younger.

The hunt for a missing woman in Found
Of course, there is a case of the week, and this one involves a woman with Down’s Syndrome who has gone missing. Her fiancé, who also has Down’s Syndrome, is at the bus station handing out flyers to find her. The attendant at the bus station is annoyed with him, and it’s clear that there is some prejudice there. After all, people were supportive of Margaret being there each night for the most part.
Jamie initially takes a slip from the flyer, knowing that it could be a case for M&A. Margaret decides to talk to the man, named Ren, to find out who he is looking for. His fiancée, Diane, didn’t get home the night before, and she isn’t answering his calls.
We end up with what seems to be a messy situation. Diane’s parents didn’t approve of Diane and Ren being together, infantilizing them as so many people do. As it came out that Diane was pregnant, it also came out that Ren was infertile. It turned out that it was Ren’s friend Tom who helped Diane get pregnant, but not through an affair. This was all planned between the three of them, but Sadie, Tom’s girlfriend, didn’t know about it.
After some red herrings in the story, it’s soon clear that Sadie was the one to take Diane. She found out that Tom was the father of the baby, and she wanted to take that baby out of a complicated equation. The M&A Team got to Diane in time, and not only is she safe, but so is the baby. With Ren and Diane’s parents now on the same page, it looks like they can work together to build a family. What Tom does isn’t clear, but at least he doesn’t have a psycho for a girlfriend.

Gabi needs to track down Lena before it’s too late in Found
Meanwhile, Gabi has a situation of her own. She gets a call from one of her former clients, Jenny, who had ingested rat poison. It turned out that Jenny had found a new client, Lena, and Lena wanted to make sure Jenny could pass a message onto Gabi. Either Gabi recanted her statement about Sir holding her in the farmhouse all those years ago, or Lena killed Gabi’s former clients.
The M&A Team gets to work on finding out where their former clients are. Some of them are able to get away, but not all of them. Fortunately, Margaret goes to see Jenny and is able to use her Margaret vision (or Margaret hearing in this case) to figure out that a former client called Tony is the next on the list. Dhan gets there in time to intercept Tony’s food, and sure enough, there was enough rat poison to kill Tony in it.
I do love how Lena uses rat poison. That was something Sir used at the end of Found season 1. Of course, Sir would have mentioned that to Lena at some point, so she quickly took a page out of his book.
With the DCPD stretched so thin, there are still too many clients at risk. Gabi feels like maybe she has to give into the demands, but Dhan decides to reach out to his FBI contact. It turns out that contact is working with Sir, and Sir has a demand of his own: to see Gabi. When the contact relays that, Dhan doesn’t initially want to say anything to Gabi, but he has to. Dhan needs to allow Gabi to make this choice for herself.
She decides to see Sir but comes away emptied handed. He will only tell her where Lena is if she joins with him and leaves M&A behind. That’s not something Gabi is willing to do.
Well, Sir might want to tell the team where Lena is. At the end of the episode, Dhan, Lacey, and Zeke are worried when Gabi isn’t at the press conference with Margaret. They can’t get a hold of her, and they know something bad has happened. Lena has taken Gabi, and now their leader is in trouble. Sir was not expecting this, and we can see just how irate and scared he is. Gabi is his everything, and he can’t cope with her being away from him. Not knowing where she is and whether she’s safe will send him over the edge. We’re about to see a side to Sir that we haven’t fully seen before, and I simply can’t wait to see him lose all control.
