Things are getting personal for Matty in Matlock season 1, episode 5. Let’s take a look at what to expect.
Matty and Olympia have found a sort of truce. They can become allies. It helps that Matty has found out that Olympia wasn’t the one who signed the document that led to opioids remaining on the streets for longer than they should.
Senior is the one without a moral backbone. Maybe there is hope for Matty and Olympia’s relationship at some point, although it’s going to be difficult to move past Matty stealing Olympia’s laptop with that message from her dad.
What’s the personal case in Matlock season 1, episode 5?
The law firm has a case against the prison system in the new episode. It gets rather personal when it’s linked to a guard who relapsed in his addition. A lot of people try hard to get clean, and then when they relapse there’s no support for them.
Well, the lead plaintiff in this case ends up jailed on drug charges all because of their relapse. Matty needs the firm to win this case. It will help to push the world forward in getting people the support and help that they need.
Fortunately, Matty and her husband are back on the same page when it comes to the fight against the law firm. They need to get justice for their daughter, although it does seem like Matty is the one who wants it more. That doesn’t mean her husband doesn’t want it, but he’s seeing how unhealthy this whole thing has become. But he’s back on board!
