We’ve not had a new episode of Matlock since the middle of November. Sometimes, it’s easy to forget where we are in the story. Don’t worry, as we have you covered with all you need to know about Matlock season 2 episode 7.
After taking a two-week break, the show is back, and we’re ready to see what Olympia and Matty are up to next. There’s a lot going on right now with personal storylines, and the two need to work together to take down Senior at the same time.
What time is Matlock season 2 episode 7 on CBS?
The show returns to its regular Thursday night timeslot. Tune in at 9 p.m. ET/PT tonight, Thursday, Dec. 4 for the new episode. There are just a couple of episodes left until the show goes on its winter break, a week earlier than the other Thursday shows.
CBS is easy to watch live, as you can do so with your regular cable channel. You can also cut the cord and use the likes of YouTube TV or Fubo TV to watch live.
If that isn’t enough, you can also stream Matlock with ease. All episodes head to Paramount+ after they air, with this particular episode dropping around 3 a.m. ET/12 a.m. PT on Friday, Dec. 5.
What to expect on Matlock season 2 episode 7
We’ll get to see Justina Machado return as Eva during the episode, which makes a lot of sense when the big plotline right now is taking down Senior. Matty and Olympia are finally aligned with that, but is Eva really the lesser of the two evils? Why do I get a sense that she could end up worse than Senior if they allow her to take over?
Meanwhile, there are two personal storylines going on at the very least. We’ll get to see more of Olympia’s personal life, as her mom’s latest husband needs legal help. Olympia will do what she can to make amends with her family, realizing that she will need them in her corner if everything goes wrong with taking down Senior or with the Wellbrexa documents.
Olympia works to repair her relationship with her family after she takes on a case involving her mother’s new husband. Also, Matty and Olympia receive a shocking piece of information
Then there’s Matty, who will have some more time with Joey. It’s not clear why he’s around in the new episode, but the images make it clear that he is. Doesn’t that mean he hasn’t used the money Edwin gave him for rehab? Is it possible that he’s coming to see Matty about the money?
