There’s a new case for the NCIS team to get to the bottom of, and this one is weird, even for them. We have everything you need to watch NCIS season 23 episode 4.

The latest episode of NCIS brought us a fun Halloween-themed jaunt, and now it’s time to get back to the regular programming. However, it’s not all that regular when you have McGee and Torres hinting that something is “weird” with this case.

What time is NCIS season 23 episode 4 on CBS?

The good news is that NCIS has reclaimed Tuesday nights. After four years on Mondays, it’s moved back into the slot that it had from the very beginning, kicking of a Tuesday night filled with NCIS drama. You can tune in at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4 for NCIS season 23 episode 4.

How do you watch CBS? Well, there are a few ways to do that, and one of those is on the company’s website. You can also watch with basic cable, or you can opt to cut the cord with Fubo TV, YouTube TV, or something similar.

Wait, there’s more! Paramount+ also offers a way to watch a lot of shows live, and you can do that with this series. And if you happen to miss it on Tuesdays, then you can tune in via Paramount+ on Wednesdays to catch up. All previous seasons are there as well.

What to expect in NCIS season 23 episode 4

What’s the “weird” part of this episode, then? The promo gives a little away, sharing that someone has murdered a man and kidnapped a woman. Why would he do that? Parker thinks revenge.

Well, the synopsis goes into a little more, sharing that this man is a U.S. Marine, who is suspected as the kidnapped of the wife of a prominent Department of Justice member. That explains why Vance needs to be active in the case, as he will need to make sure the investigation goes without a hitch.

It does beg the question about what’s going on here. Parker does think that it could be revenge, and sure, that is one reason to kidnap the wife. There’s another reason, though, and that’s some sort of love affair. Is it possible that the wife and the Marine are together, and they’ve set up this elaborate plan to actually make the DOJ guy look guilty and it went wrong? Or is it that the DOJ guy is the one who has set up the plan as a revenge plot against the Marine?

NCIS airs on Tuesdays at 8/7c on CBS.
