There’s still a bit of a wait for Poker Face season 2. With the way the cast is growing, it’s surely going to be worth the wait.
As of Feb. 19, 2025, more and more have joined the cast. As with the first season, we’ll see Natasha Lyonne’s Charlie move from place to place. That means actors get to step in for an episode for the most part. There may be characters here and there who end up popping up again, as we saw in the first season, but for the most part right now, we’ll get actors stopping by for just one episode.
This certainly makes it possible to get some bigger names. It’s much easier for them to come in for a couple of weeks of filming for an episode so they can move onto other projects.
Who will our favorite actors play in Poker Face season 2?
As of right now, we only have the names of the actors joining the series. We’ll know more about the characters as we get closer to their respective episodes airing. Sharing too much now would potentially give away too much of a storyline for the individual episodes.
Some of the guest stars in the first season were a great surprise. It was fun to see who we thought would end up making it through only to be killed off in the first five minutes of an episode.
The latest cast members to join Poker Face season 2
In a latest announcement, Deadline reports that Jason Ritter is among the newest cast members joining the series. He is currently busy in Matlock as a series regular, so it makes sense that he’ll only be around for one episode. Others announced in the same release were: Alia Shawkat, Carol Kane, David Krumholtz, and Melanie Lynskey.
Just before that announcement, Deadline confirmed that Sixth Sense star Haley Joel Osment would join the series. Fans will also get to see Davionte “GaTa” Ganter, John Cho, Justin Theroux, and Patti Harrison.

There is still no word on when Poker Face season 2 will premiere on Peacock. We are hoping for later this year considering the first season premiered in 2023!
