It’s time for another season of Father Brown. Well, almost. The new season will arrive on BritBox in the new year, and you’re not going to want to miss out.

Mark Williams is back as the titular character. For those who haven’t caught the series yet—now is the time to catch up!—it follows the titular priest as he also helps to solve crimes in the 1950s fiction town of Kembleford.

Father Brown doesn’t want to solve the crimes for the sake of the crimes. Not fully, anyway. He wants to give those who did the crime a chance to repent. After all, he deeply believes that the people need to repent to save their souls.

When to expect Father Brown Season 11

The new season arrives in January 2024. Yes, BritBox is starting the new year off with a bang.

If you’re in the UK, you’ll be able to watch the first episode on Friday, Jan. 5. In North America, there’s just a bit longer of a wait. The first two episodes will arrive on Tuesday, Jan. 23. After that, we’ll get one episode per week for the rest of the season.

This season picks up with the Kembleford Olimpicks. Of course, something like this brings rivalries, but I don’t think anyone really expected those rivalries to turn murderous. Father Brown and the cops are going to have a difficult time getting to the bottom of this case.

In the second episode, Sister Boniface will end up implicated in a murder. Did she do it? Father Brown will need to figure that out and find a way to save her before it’s too late.

Father Brown Season 11 premieres on BritBox on Tuesday, Jan. 23 with two episodes. Don’t forget that BritBox is available via Amazon Channels.
