A girls night out goes horribly wrong on NCIS: Sydney Season 1, Episode 7
NCIS: Sydney's penultimate episode has the ladies of the team taking on a special mission, but the girls' night quickly goes bad! Here's a look at this week's installment!
NCIS: Sydney returned after a few weeks off with a gripping episode where the team investigated a man who died wearing a U.S. Navy jacket laced with cocaine. It looked like the guy was helping smuggle it around, and it somehow poisoned him.
While the team investigated, Evie was approached by the gang the victim had been involved in, who called her "Jesse." It seemed Evie had been undercover as a "cook" for drugs and had to keep it up to figure out what happened.
The rest of the team, especially Mackey, weren't happy at Evie cutting them out to go on her own. Not helping was gang member Kane, who was also an undercover cop, and the hint was that he and Evie had a close past together.
Suspicion fell on Kane being dirty, but he was being framed by the detective sergeant in charge. This led to a fight and the lab being blown up, with the team barely escaping. Mackey told Evie she'd cut her slack this time but to watch herself in the future.
That was a bold episode, while this week's looks to up the ante.

"Bunker Down" has an investigation into a researcher's death leading to Mackey, Evie and Blue going undercover at a fancy party. But it looks like it won't be a fun girls' night out.
"When a U.S. Navy researcher is found dead at a glitzy tech launch in a secret underground bunker, part of the team heads over to investigate, only to find themselves trapped inside with limited oxygen when the bunker fails to open."
It appears it's a race against time by the rest of the team to rescue the ladies, who have to use their wits to escape. While it's fun seeing Blue joining in the fun in the field, this case could mean some serious danger as NCIS: Sydney races to close out its first season.
NCIS: Sydney airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
