Check out these 5 shows while you wait for Found Season 2

When it comes to gritty storytelling, Found is a wonderful series. Of course, it’s now on a break and we have to wait for Season 2. That means finding something else to watch.

There are some excellent shows on broadcast right now. They don’t quite hit what Found offered, though. We want stories that involve questionable protagonists and a dark and twisty main antagonist. This NBC series brought an excellent mixture of procedural and serialized storytelling.

Not sure what to watch while you wait? Here are five crime shows we think you’ll love.

Criminal Minds

We’ll start with a CBS series that focuses on the psychology of killers, Criminal Minds. The Behavioral Analysis Unit looks into why people do the things they do. They look at the motivation behind the action to help figure out who the killer is.

Toward the end of the series, there was a serialized element to the story. There have even been a few storylines that arched over the seasons for main characters.

Then there’s Criminal Minds: Evolution, which was more like Season 16 of the main series. It’s a continuation of the story but this one is more serialized as we have one serial killer who gets others to work with him, making things a little harder for the BAU.
