A Station 19 vet joins Found Season 2 (What's the role?)
With Station 19 coming to an end, the stars are looking for new work. One star has found a new home with an NBC series. It’s all about Found!
Danielle Savre is joining the cast of Found in Season 2, according to TVLine. There is nothing known about her role at this point.
Who could Danielle Savre play in Station 19?
With the way things ended in Season 1, it is possible that Savre will come in as a new member of the team. Gabi admitted to everyone that she had Sir locked in her basement for months and now he was out and free. Trust has been broken, and there’s a chance that people have decided to quit.
There’s a chance that she could even come in as federal agent or other law enforcement. What Gabi did was against the law, and she’ll need to answer for that. At the same time, Sir is now back out in the world, and it looks like he’s making Lacey his first victim.
What does this mean about Grey’s Anatomy?
Of course, Station 19 fans had hoped that some of the characters would move into Grey’s Anatomy. That was certainly the case for Carina and Maya. Savre played Maya Bishop in the firefighter drama. She had married and started a family with Carina de Luca, who was an OB-GYN at Grey Sloan Memorial. We originally met Carina in Grey’s, but then she moved across to Station 19 full-time.
There was hope that Carina would end up back walking the halls of Grey Sloan Memorial, giving us a chance to see her and Maya together now and then. That is still plausible. We don’t know how many episodes Savre’s new character will be in Found, or whether it’s as a series regular or not. However, it does look like there are no conversations about bringing the ship Marina into Grey’s Anatomy with this casting.
