Supernatural vet added to FBI: Most Wanted Season 5 cast
There’s a new guest star confirmed for FBI: Most Wanted Season 5. Supernatural fans will definitely want to pay attention.
Steven Williams, known best as Rufus to Supernatural fans, has been confirmed for one episode of FBI: Most Wanted. He’ll star in the Feb. 20 episode (Episode 2), and it looks like we could see him return again should the story allow. After all, he’s not a perp in the episode. He’ll be the father of a main character instead.
Ray Cannon is about to get a bit more of a backstory, and it’s about time! Here are the details of Williams’s character.
Who will Steven Williams play in FBI: Most Wanted?
Williams will take on the role of Ray Cannon Sr. The episode will see Ray decide that he wants to take the next step in his relationship with Caroline. Is that to meet the parents? Is it to move in with her? That part isn’t that clear. We don’t know all too much about their relationship progression at this point as there hasn’t been that much focus on Ray after he joined the team in Season 4.
If it’s not to meet his dad, Ray may turn to his dad to get some advice on the next step.
One thing that we will get, according to Deadline, is a chance to see why Ray chose the career path he did. What does that mean for the type of character we’re going to get to meet? Well, anything is possible.
So far, Williams is only planned for one episode of FBI: Most Wanted Season 5. We have seen parents, children, and other family members show up more often for other characters, though. This could be the first in an instance of recurring guest spots as we get more about Ray’s family.
FBI: Most Wanted Season 5 premieres on Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 10/9c on CBS.
